Ingalalla Grand Reserve
Taste Notes
A beauty! Deep, dense, well extracted, yet elegant and refined. Its rare to find a wine with a high level of concentration that is also both nuanced and subtle at the same time. The aromas are broad and layered, with distinct notes of cassis and cigar box. The oak is well integrated into the wine to round out the experience. The tannins are apparent, but they are also ripe and seamlessly integrated into the wine. On the second day and even into the third after opening the wine, it was still drinking very well (maybe better!). This is a testament to the structure and skill that went into the making of it.

Eden Grand Reserve Syrah
Taste Notes
Absolutely stunning! Good color density, deep core with a slight fade at the rim. The aroma is very expressive, smoky, cracked pepper, charcuterie, full on the palate, but well balanced. It strikes a beautiful balance between power and subtlety, with outstanding length. The oak influence is pronounced, but it’s well integrated, lending to a heightened complexity. Some tertiary notes are developing that lend to the interest. The finish is satisfying, with solid, ripe tannins. This is seriously fine wine.

PARAWA ESTATE
We are some of Australia’s most sought after wines
“Having tried the Parawa Estate range a few years ago, the most impressive for me is their Cabernet Sauvignon blends. On the palate, there is nothing to suggest they are Aussie Cabernet-centric reds. Instead, Parawa Estate is closer to a Bordeaux Left Bank Médoc in personality, attitude, drive and energy.”
